The company specially organizes and arranges outdoor development training activities with the theme of “not forgetting the original heart, forge ahead and work together to create a win-win situation”. Development training is a set of training processes that shape team vitality, promote organizational growth, and continuously add value to itself. On August 14, everyone set off with excitement. After a two-hour drive, they arrived at the Huizhou East Coast Expansion Base. The east bank experiential education and training base is located in Daya Bay 3A tourist attraction, with landscape garden layout, mountain and sea.

After getting off the bus for a short rest, everyone changed their clothes and came to the training venue. In the morning, our main training content was standing queue, standing military posture, and military salute.

In the afternoon, the coaches complete the group assignments through their respective reports. The team members select the captain, and then under the leadership of the captain, they discuss their team names and slogans together. There are three teams, namely the Flying Team, the Wolves and the Rockets. All the team members competed in project activities such as “Passion for a Long Time”, “Joint Advance and Retreat”, “Wind and Rainy Life Road”, “T Puzzle”, Information Transmission, and Black Hole Crossing.

Among them, the information transmission project mainly tests the team’s cooperation ability. In a short period of time, through the efforts of the team members, the team only took 12.47 seconds to report the number. The project of crossing the black hole is a test of the trust between the team members. This project must not only bravely break through oneself, but also trust and unite between teammates.

In the intensive training program, the coach also prepared a surprise for us. Two members had their birthdays this month. The coaching staff prepared cakes and used the excuses that the two members to behave badly. Then we simply arranged the venue for They made a surprise.
